PRIVACY NOTICE FOR DATA COLLECTION FORM

Dear user, we would like to inform you that the "European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data" (hereinafter "GDPR") provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data. flyRen Energy Group spa, as the "Data Controller" under article 13 of the GDPR, therefore provides you with the following information:

  1. DATA CATEGORIES: flyRen spa will process the personal data that will be entered into the form.
  2. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that flyRen Energy Group spa will possess is collected directly from the data subject upon completing this form.

  4. CONTACT DETAILS OF THE DPO: No appointment is made as there is no legal obligation.
  5. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: The processing of your data, collected and stored in relation to the completion of this form, is based on your consent and is carried out for the following purposes: request for information and to provide you with assistance services.
  6. DATA RECIPIENTS: Within the limits relevant to the processing purposes indicated, your data may be communicated to partners, consulting firms, private companies, appointed data processors by the Data Controller. Your data will not be disclosed in any way.
  7. DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES: The collected data is not subject to communication to third countries.
  8. STORAGE PERIOD: The collected data will be stored for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed ("principle of limitation of storage", art.5, GDPR) or based on deadlines provided by law. The check on the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.
  9. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS: The data subject has the right to request access to his/her data, rectification or erasure of the same, limitation of processing or the possibility to object to the processing, to request data portability, to revoke consent to the processing by asserting these and other rights provided by the GDPR through simple communication to the Data Controller. The data subject can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  10. OBLIGATION OR NOT TO GIVE CONSENT: We inform you that the provision of data is optional for some fields and mandatory for others (indicated by an asterisk) and their eventual non-provision results in the non-submission of the form.
  11. DATA PROCESSING METHODS: The personal data provided by you will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of the Data Controller. The data will be processed both with computer tools and on paper media and on any other suitable type of support, in compliance with adequate technical and organizational security measures provided by the GDPR.
